product guarantee

At otobi we guarantee all products are manufactured with a high quality finish and that they will be delivered to the customer as such. While our materials are durable where possible and of high quality, we have no control over specific end site conditions. Under customer service, please see our section on product care and handling of your product.


colour correctness

While we take great care and attention to colour correctness, due to varying colour calibrations of monitors and printers, variations will occur between designs viewed on the website and finished product. The customer accepts the risk of such variations.


currency

All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).


gst

All prices listed are inclusive of %10 gst for Australian customers.


returns

Each otobi product is unique and subject to certain variations. Colours may differ from what you see on your monitor due to variances in monitor calibration.

We guarantee that all otobi products we manufacture and sell at our online store are free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we will replace, refund or give a credit note for any item you are not happy with. We do not refund if you change your mind - a credit note or replacement will be sent.

conditions apply:
items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase
items must be returned in their original packaging. If received otherwise (used, damaged, soiled, marked, scratched or misused in any way), items will not be accepted for replacement, exchange or refund.
if an item is damaged, please contact us immediately either by phone 0418 347 715 or by email. Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process your claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the item until further notice. Australia Post may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed.


No additional shipping charges will apply for replacement of a faulty product or if the incorrect item was sent to you in the first place. In case of a customer changing their mind, they will be responsible for return shipping charges and additional shipping for new item (if applicable).

what to do:
Please first advise us via email returns@otobi.com.au about your return before sending it to us, stating your receipt # and contact details, as well as letting us know your reason for the return. We will then advise you to send your merchandise, in its original packaging, to us, along with your receipt and contact details. Return items must be sent via Registered Post. This postage is at the customers expense if due to a change in mind. If the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent in the first place, we will refund this postage amount to you once we have received the returned item. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your item, for the arrival of your replacement, refund, or credit note. Additional shipping costs will be advised and need to be paid before the replacement item is sent.

otobi reserves the right to change information, prices, and descriptions of the products and designs listed on this site at any time.

We have taken every care to ensure information, product descriptions, and images on this site are accurate. However, due to factors beyond our control, such as colour discrepancies (as mentioned above) and natural variations in all custom frames, slight variations in the actual products may occur.

If there is an error in pricing of an ordered product, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the correct price and the option to either fulfil your order at this price or cancel it altogether. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you decide to cancel the order and it has already been paid for, a full refund will be given as soon as possible.

otobi is not liable to you or any other persons for indirect, consequential or incidental damages or expenses of any kind arising from or relating to the sale and purchasing of our products.

Whilst we have taken every care to ensure your use of our website is a safe and secure experience, otobi is not responsible for any loss suffered in connection with this use or with any of its content. This includes but is not limited to the transmission of any computer virus.

otobi is not liable to our customers for any delay in the delivery of our products where such a delay is due to matters or events outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, postal strikes or other disruptions, natural disasters such as floods and fire, malicious damage and other unforeseeable circumstances.
